Bamboo Charcoal Board Interior Decoration

"Carbon crystal board" is also called "bamboo charcoal co-extruded veneer panel" or "bamboo carbon board".

It is a wood-plastic board made by high-temperature extrusion process. The raw materials are bamboo charcoal powder, calcium powder, PVC and additives. The upper and lower surfaces of this extruded board are hard co-extruded layers with excellent hardness.

The first layer is the protective layer, which is a transparent protective film made of PVC

The second layer is the surface film layer, which uses a special water-based PVC film, PP scratch-resistant film, and PET-G high-gloss film, with rich and diverse colors and exquisite and realistic textures

The third and seventh layers are light-solidified layers, whose main function is to make the carbon crystal plate and the film fit better

The fourth and sixth layers are PP co-extruded skin layers, whose function is to protect the plate from deformation and prevent the film from penetrating the bottom

The fifth layer is the carbon crystal layer, which is formed by high-temperature extrusion of bamboo charcoal powder, resin and polymer materials, and has a more stable honeycomb hexagonal molecular structure in addition to the triangle
