Alucobond Description
Aluminum plastic composite board is composed of multiple layers of materials, with high-purity aluminum alloy board on the upper and lower layers, non-toxic low-density polyethylene (PE) core board in the middle, and a protective film pasted on the front. For outdoor use, the front of aluminum-plastic panels is coated with fluorocarbon resin (PVDF) coating, while for indoor use, non fluorocarbon resin coating can be used on the front.
a. Aluminum plastic panels for building curtain walls
The minimum thickness of the upper and lower aluminum plates should not be less than 0.50mm, and the total thickness should not be less than 4mm. The aluminum material should comply with the requirements of GB/T 3880, and generally use aluminum alloy sheets of series 3000, 5000, etc. The coating should be fluorocarbon resin coating.
b. Aluminum plastic panels for exterior wall decoration and advertising
The upper and lower aluminum plates shall be made of rust proof aluminum with a thickness not less than 0.20mm, and the total thickness shall not be less than 4mm. Coatings generally use fluorocarbon or polyester coatings.
c. Aluminum plastic panels for indoor use
The upper and lower aluminum plates generally use aluminum plates with a thickness of 0.20mm and a minimum thickness of no less than 0.10mm, with a total thickness of 3mm. The coating adopts polyester coating or acrylic coating.
