Aluminum-plastic Panels Are Classified By Use

a. Aluminum-plastic panels for building curtain walls
The aluminum thickness range: 0.06~0.5mm, and the total panel thickness should not be less than 2.8mm, the outdoor need to be thicker. The aluminum material should meet the requirements of GB/T 3880, generally using 3000, 5000 and other series of aluminum alloy plates, and the coating should be coated with PE/PVDF.
b. Aluminum-plastic panels for exterior wall decoration and advertising
The upper and lower aluminum plates are made of anti-rust aluminum with a thickness of not less than 0.20mm, and the total thickness should not be less than 4mm. The coating is generally a fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating.
c. Aluminum-plastic panels for indoor use
The upper and lower aluminum plates generally use aluminum plates with a thickness of 0.20mm and a minimum thickness of not less than 0.10mm, and the total thickness is generally 3mm. The coating is polyester coating or acrylic coating.
